Perfect location

Just stayed night & found this little gem purely by last minute cancellation. Stayed in the Oak Room – lovely & spacious & high quality of furnishings & fixing. The attention to detail is amazing. Made very welcome & nothing too much trouble. Breakfast first class & bonus is having private car park with whole of Brighton within walking distance. Highly recommend & would come again thank you!

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Brighton!

My boyfriend and I visited A Room With A View for the third time and were not disappointed. We stayed for only the one night but wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a warm reception from David who made us feel right at home. A Room With A View itself is always immaculately kept and the decor of the rooms are modern and homely. For our last 2 visits we stayed in the oak room but due to availability we stayed in the second floor King room which was equally as comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Natalie was very accommodating. Can’t wait for our next stay. Definitely the best place to stay in Brighton!

Fantastic place
This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. They thought of everything, even down to binoculars to help you enjoy the fantastic view of Brighton sea front. The room had immaculate oak furniture and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was brilliant and the staff were extremely friendly.
Room Tip: They are all good.

Right by the sea
We were meeting various people over the space of two days in Brighton so needed somewhere convenient that we could easily pop in and out of. This b&b is in the perfect location by the sea but set back from all the noise. We had a ground floor room which I was initially worried about but we had no problems whatsoever. There was a coffee machine and fresh bath robes which were very much appreciated. The room was clean and was spacious enough for two. We slept well in the large comfy bed and had a plentiful breakfast in the morning. There was a menu and it was nice to have a bit of choice. We were given a parking permit whilst we were there which was an added bonus as it was one of worries. Parking anywhere centrally in Brighton can get quite expensive! I got a call a few days later from Krissy saying that we’d left our camera behind (we hadn’t noticed yet somehow) and looked after it whilst we arranged a time to pick it up, which we greatly appreciated.

When can I move in?
After a stressful month we were booked in for a night in Room 4. Pure bliss! The views are beautiful, parking a big bonus too. The breakfast was delicious and every taste was catered for. Everything was spotless and shiny but we were made to feel at home with a genuine friendly welcome. We went to Brighton Rocks just around the corner which was a cosy little bar that done good cocktails. From the bed you can see the sea, pier and big wheel. The shutters provide good blackout if that’s what you like and although it’s on the seafront it wasn’t too noisy. The Tea and Coffee making facilities were generous with plenty of choice. Looking forward to a return visit.
Room Tip: Room 4 had excellent sea and pier views. You can sit on the balcony too.

We stayed for the weekend & certainly had a room with a view! Great location over looking the pier, local bars & restaurants within walking distance. Everything spot on from being able to park outside, the room, bathroom, toiletries, breakfast, location … All fantastic. Loved our stay & will be back :)

Very attentive staff, beautifully decorated. Comfy room. High end design. It’s the little touches, nespresso machine and mini bar with cold drinks all included. Earplugs in bedside tables. Large comfy dressing gowns and slippers. Very comfy clean bedding. Good quality food served fresh at breakfast. Perfect location right on the seafront. Close to everything. I loved it here and really can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here from 25-27 Feb for my partners birthday. On arrival was greeted by John who was very helpful and showed us around a few of the other rooms. We stayed in room 4 which was amazing. Everything was spotless and the coffee machine and fridge were great. View was 10/10. Breakfast was 5 star great variety and choice. Car park outside was bonus. Thanks for wonderful stay we will be back.
