Arrival Policy
Check in: Between 3.00 pm and 9.30pm
Check out: Latest check out is 11.00 am
If you arrive before 3pm and the room is ready you are welcome to check in straight away, if it isn’t you can use the lounge or drop off your bags whilst we prepare the room.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in all of the room rates if you book through our website. You can help yourself to an appetising selection of cereal, fruit salad, yogurt and pastries from the buffet followed by a cooked breakfast including, full English, eggs benedict, blueberry pancakes, smoked salmon with scrambled egg and porridge. Luggage
You can leave your luggage with us until you need it.
Parking
We have private parking for all guests with average sized family cars (one per room).
We guarantee parking on the day of arrival from 12 noon until 12 noon on the day of your departure. As we have limited spaces please be aware that we cannot provide parking outside the specified check this hours. Go right here.
If you want to use your car while you are here or would pornoa like to get away early on the morning of your departure we would advise using our other car park only a 20 second walk away.
If you park on our drive it is essential you tell us and state your registration number on the check in form otherwise the security firm that manages our car park will issue you with a fine.
Children & Extra Beds
We cannot accommodate young children or babies. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
Pets
For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets.
Smoking
This is a non smoking establishment.
Bookings
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights in summer and if your stay includes a Saturday, 3 nights on bank holidays and during some Brighton events.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel your booking for a full repayment. Any non-arrival or cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full. We do recommend taking out an appropriate travel insurance.
